The pitch is convenience, and it delivers: start after dinner, finish before bed, certificate in hand the same night. The material is presented in plain language with progress checks, the exam mirrors the coursework honestly, and at $49 it undercuts classroom courses by $50–$100 while producing the identical state certificate. For self-directed adults, there's no practical argument left for the classroom version.
It's self-paced video and reading — there's no live instructor to ask when a legal scenario confuses you, and staying on task is on you. It also can't help with the part most beginners actually worry about: the live-fire proficiency test.
