Private, beginner-friendly firearm lessons for Carrollton residents — taught in a judgment-free environment where everyone is welcome.
Carrollton is one of the most culturally diverse cities in North Texas, and our client base reflects it — first-generation gun owners, women training solo, couples, and people who simply never had anyone offer to teach them properly. Every lesson is private or small-group, paced to your comfort, and taught without ego, pressure, or politics.
Lessons are held at RifleGear Range in The Colony — typically 15–20 minutes from Carrollton via the President George Bush Turnpike or Josey Lane north. From Old Downtown Carrollton or the Koreatown corridor on Old Denton Road, you’re closer to our range than to most of Dallas.
Everything starts off the firing line — how the firearm works, the safety rules, what recoil and noise actually feel like — before a single round is loaded. Then it’s step-by-step: grip, stance, sight picture, controlled first shots. Sessions run 60–120 minutes; the loaner handgun, ammo, targets, protection, and range fees are all included.
